Any damage, loss, or mishandling that occurs during delivery is the responsibility of the delivery partner or courier.

If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us immediately with clear photographs or video evidence of the package and product. We will review the information and determine, at our discretion, whether a replacement, refund, or other remedy is appropriate based on our Refund and Exchange Policy. We are not liable for damage caused by third-party handling, improper opening, or misuse after delivery.
